The Inventor: Born in 1952, Mr. Zhao Gongde graduated from the Information Management Department of the Peking University. He is now a special research fellow at the Book Information Research Institute of the Guo Jie Academy of Senior Professors, as well as President of the Beijing Zhongzihuihe Science, Technology and Culture Research Institute (BZTC Research Institute).The RD Base: Located in the Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park in Beijing, BZTC Research Institute has a registered funding of RMB 10 million.
